Return Policy

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is opened or used.

Returns & Replacements

Returns are accepted only if:

    • The product is damaged

    • The wrong item is delivered

    • Items are missing from the order

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos/videos.

Non-Returnable Items

    • Opened or used products

    • Sale/discounted items

    • Free gifts or promotional products

Refunds

    • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Allergic Reactions

Please do a patch test before use. Refunds are not applicable for allergic reactions or personal sensitivity.
